  1. Hello Coffee Break Gaidhlig!

I am an American learner, and I have really enjoyed your podcasts in my car commute each day. I’ve started learning on my own this year through a variety of resources and just wanted to say thank you for making this available. I thought it was a great place to start for beginners! I love seeing more podcasts appear each month. Cheers,

  2. Halò, Mark agus Susanna!

Is mise Clàudia. Tha mi à Catalunya, agus tha mi ag ionnsachadh Gàidhlig le Coffe Break Gaelic.

I am having a great time with you guys, and I decided to learn Gàidhlig because i feel connected with minoritized languages such as mine, català. So I really think your job here is very important, ’cause it’s a great way to mantain alive such a beautiful language. I just wanted you to know that: people who fight for the survival of our languages deeply appreciate your work, dedication and love.

I am a Catalan professor, so when you want to do Coffee Break Catalan, don’t hesitate to contact me!

    Best wishes, tìoraidh!

    Clàudia.

Thank you for your interest! To make sure we understand your question properly, what do you mean by “old school”?

  3. Hello from Ohio! I’ve been using Duolingo off and on for a couple years and decided to find a podcast to try and keep the language flowing more, passively. Found this and just letting the lessons flow. I am enjoying the explanations as well as the slight variation in dialect. Looking forward to checking the web content in conjunction.
