Follow a story in Swedish

Each lesson is a day of the trip, written as a diary entry, with an English translation alongside.

See the same day twice

Every bonus episode retells the day from 15-year-old Alva’s point of view, so you hear how a teenager puts things.

Build on Level 1

Revisit grammar points and pronunciation, and meet words you already know in new tenses.

Travel the west coast

Visit islands, beaches, a sauna, Liseberg and the streets of Gothenburg, all in Swedish.

What’s in each lesson?

A main lesson with audio, notes and a video, then a bonus episode with its own audio and notes.

What’s the bonus episode?

The same day of the trip, told by Alva, the family’s 15-year-old daughter. It’s a second look at the same events in different words.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once.

Can I try it before I buy?

There isn’t a free version of Travel Diaries, but you can try the Coffee Break way first with First Steps, our short free course, or with the free Level 1 podcast.
